When trying to load CiviCRM after the Moderate Install (easy method) and going to site.com/civicrm there is a blue layer over the page and the dashboards are not loading.

This may be related to #1830484: No Drupal Admin Role Created but adding a role with access to CiviCRM does not resolve the problem.

I don't know if this is related but on my dev site while in SFTP mode 1392 files for commit appeared. Pantheon suggested switching to GIT which deleted the files.
