Write tests for security_advisory.feature

Proposed feature:
Feature: Publishing new security announcement
In order to make new security advisory public
As a member of Security team
I should be able to publish new forum post and see it on advisories page

The tests should describe admin user publishing new post in each of 3 forums:
http://drupal.org/forum/1852
http://drupal.org/forum/44
http://drupal.org/forum/1856
and checking that the post appears on related security advisories page.

I'm not sure if it's possible now to test email functionality, but would be good also to test that the new post is being send to the security mailing list.
