Field collection table does not show the flag

Thank you for your wonderful module!

When I select display as 'field collection items' a flag that has been attached to the collection shows, but when I select 'table of field collection items' the flag disappears.

Is there perhaps a way to have the flag also to appear on the table of field collection items please?
