Navbar and print variable $

Hello everybody,

I have got a little question on Drupal 7. That made already two weeks that i block on this problem, just for tell it, i'm 12 years ago and i'm a beginner with Drupal.

I would like to do a little navbar like "facebook" or " twitter" : with user pciture, user name and a logout. The problem is for print several variable, i'm not pro of PHP and it's the very big problem.

Have you got an idea, may be anybody help me ?
