Found this in the logs. It was shortly after enabling meta tag module.

User error: Failed to load class for metatag DCTERMS.language. in metatag_get_instance() (line 995 of /DRUPAL7/sites/all/modules/contrib/metatag/metatag.module).

Did you enable and then disable the Metatag: Dublin Core submodule?
