Content Types menu does not display manage fields

The content types menu does not show anything except edit and delete.
No tabs.

I uninstalled amazon store and I am not sure I did it the right way. I removed the modules then removed the content to uninstall the main amazon api module.

is the core fields ui module enabled?

I did not change any core field but you are right UI Fields was turned off.
It worked. Thanks
