pagerer 7.x-1.0-beta3

Hi

a new round of beta is required after some bugs were reported recently, that called for quite some changes, especially to support translation.

- Issue #1825492 by mondrake: fixed usage of t() calls.
- Issue #1818272 by mondrake: fixed tag labels do not translate.
- Issue #1817798 by mondrake: fixed presenting options for jQuery-enabled
themes/elements when jQuery Update is not installed.
- Issue #1818292 by joelrosen, mondrake: fixed creation of faulty URLs
for js enabled elements if HTTPS is set.

Notes:
- ensure that update.php is executed after the update process.
- developers/translators: the '@num' placeholder in the translatable strings was replaced with '@number' to benefit from already available translations.
- now any possible text element to be used for rendering the pagers is part of the 'tags' array variable of the themes. Refer to README.TXT for details.

Please report any bugs in the issue queue. Objective now is a full 1.0 stable release.
