We have multiple projects (more each day) awaiting a skilled and creative developer. Our site is large and complex. It is the storefront and licensing center for our software. It tracks software usage from thousands of remote clients. It handles renewals, upgrades and hundreds of other changes in our clients' accounts. It processes and handles gigabytes of xml-formatted data daily.
We need someone to modify and add dynamic views for various roles, upgrade connections to other sites, like our internal CRM, and build entirely new functionality.
The person we're looking for knows his/her way around the Drupal API and has a mind for complex data structures, but more importantly s/he enjoys thinking and working on projects that are multidimensional. We spec things well, but we never build something in the modern, linear, "agile" mode where code has a singular purpose. Rather, we build structures that can be modified and redeployed in different ways by ourselves and our clients.
Other essential skills are English comprehension (it's not a writing gig, but if you have a hard time with complex instructions and American business vernacular, you probably won't be successful with these projects) and willingness and ability to see projects completely through multiple stages of development and deployment.
