Not in all themes I have tried (except in Fifefox2). I spent hours to dig on my CSS. but later, I find out it's the SIFR . Disable, clear cache, without SIFR, works fine. Well ...at least I know now.

Hope to know what's the fix.

Which other modules are installed? Customizations?

Basically, the collapsible block is just not collapsible anymore.
I didn't use SIFR anymore for my requirement now. I tried to set for H1 title only, but since H1 is big font and sometimes can be long, it takes time to load and my page is displayed without title....until after a few second/minutes later.
so I was afraid, the visitor might got confused. It's just my experience ... maybe this is the case for not-so-fast internet connection. otherwise, it's a nice
