I have access to the button-mashing portion of our admin panel, but not the code-writing portion. Right now I cannot get an answer from our programmer. Maybe you can help me.
My problem is with Webforms. Right now we have four of them, but the two that I work with the most are Contact Form (which sends me an email directly), and Submit Content (which allows someone to submit a story that is not published, and I receive an email telling me this has occurred.)
The Contact Form Results show every single email that I receive, with the IP address. On the other hand, the Submit Content Results have stopped recording all submissions. This occurred some time in June, when the site switched hands. I would like to re-instate the Submit Content Webform to recording all stories submitted in the Results, but I do not know how.
Is there a permission or some option that is generically connected to this that anyone knows of?
I apologize for the vagueness of this request, if it is vague. I would gladly give more information if asked. I just do not understand why the Contact Form is still recording results while our Submit Content is not.
