Updating Drupal enquiry

Dear Sir/Madam,

I wish to update my Drupal core from version 7.15 to 7.16, but the updates of Drupal core are not supported at this time.

Just want to know how I can update the system manually.

Here is a link to the Upgrade from previous versions documentation page. It should help you get familiar with the process of applying Drupal updates. Post back if you run into any issues.
