Hi guys,
hay anyone uses drupalchat for customer support?
I am missing two important functionalities:
- Possibility to set a support user (or role), that always appears online if logged in. At the moment any users dissappears from the chat if nothing is clicked for max 20 seconds.
- Visitors (anonymous) see each other. This is not desired, anonymous users are only supposed to see the support user.
Hints how to achieve this or links to other modules are appreciated.
