Hello,
It looks like you are a new user on this site, welcome :)
There are actually several forums. There is a list with descriptions here: https://drupal.org/forum/
The description of this forum is detailed here: https://drupal.org/node/644164 :) If you read the forum description carefully, you will find that you've posted your question in the wrong forum :)
No problem, just edit your original post and move it to the "Post Installation" forum https://drupal.org/forum/22. The Post Installation forum is where folks ask and answer configuration issues. This forum is for folks who are writing custom Drupal modules :)
You should also locate the issue queue for the "Views Nivo Slider module". Your question may already be answered there :)
Good Luck :)
Thinking is the best way to travel.

That message indicates that the module requires the http://drupal.org/project/libraries module (it's a dependency). So you'll need to install that one as well. Installing javascript/jquery based modules is usually a bit more complex than regular modules so be sure to check the module page and/or readme.txt files for installation instructions.
And I've moved your post to the correct forum.

popup
Thank you very much for your help, I was useful. But now I have a question, I wanted to know if it is possible to load a popup when starting the page, ie the popup is the first thing loaded as we enter.
Because I could add a popup but is related to a link and thus I is functional, exite other way?
Thank you.

It's not really a related question, so it belongs in it's own thread, but yes, it's possible. There's several popup type modules, but it can also definitely be done with javascript/jquery.
