How to display ads on 2nd or more page of site, while using paging module

I am using paging module for making pages.
My site have three adspaces :
1. above content
2. below content
3. in between post.

Now when I am making more than one page for post (using paging), it displays all three ads on 1st page but from 2nd, 3rd or more pages, it shows only 2 ads. {Ads in "between post" is not appeared} .

And this pages url as: main-url/?page=0,1, main-url/?page=0,2 etc.

Now if i want to add any 3rd ad in any portion of those pages, how to do that ?
