Problems with search

I'm having problem with search:

Administer » Site configuration » Search settings

Indexing status
99% of the site has been indexed. There are 2 items left to index.

I just changed 2 drupal entries, the next cron job is in 52 minutes.

I have almost 1200 nodes with 150+ containing the following string:

http://photos.foto-biz.com/ and other stuff afterward like : "http://photos.foto-biz.com/Animals/Downtown-Eastside/"

When I do a search on "photos.foto-biz.com" I only get 7 results, including 2 occurances of "http://photos.foto-biz.com/Animals/Downtown-Eastside/"

I'm trying to track down all the links to: "http://photos.foto-biz.com/" because I want to do some changes to the links.

BTW, Is there a better way or tracking the external links?
