The error logged is:
WD file: File temporary://fileDdUA3M could not be copied, because the destination directory public://apps/ns_prod_blog is not configured correctly.

Note that beta5 works fine with Aegir/Drush based install.

Apps module again... That's it, I'm disabling that module from the beginning for now, until we have something that works. You can enable the features from the features UI anyway.

The follow-up issue is here #1835176: Fix apps integration. I'm going to roll a release without apps so that we have something that is installable from the start.
