Hey I am using Travis to test my builds on GitHub and when I updated the SHA codes for panopoly. I now get a build failure for:

Unable to patch panels_breadcrumbs with
1811655296-panelizer-allow-breadcrumb-tabs-33.patch.

Does this patch still apply successfully to panels?

Nevermind does seem to be broken even ran a built on panopoly dev using Drush v5.7

Thanks for the report. I updated the patch to the latest version and the make file should build now on -dev.
