I'm trying to use Remote Stream Wrapper to embed a video from a file server I am running (which supports h.264 psuedostreaming). I receive the following error when I try to add the path to the file:
Unable to fetch file from URL http://24.191.6.71:5001/3wanderings.mp4 (error -110: Connection timed out).
The file lives at http://24.191.6.71:5001/3wanderings.mp4, and is playable in JWPlayer at http://24.191.6.71:5001/. I can wget to download the file fine. Is there additional information I could gather to debug what is happening?
Thanks,
Louis

Hopiu commentedI have the same problem over here. When I'm trying to add a remote url I get the following error:
Unable to fetch file from URL http://xyz.com/vod/med/stob.flv (error -110: Connection timed out).(It's a small file <5MB, if that matters in any way)
Any suggestions?

Hopiu commentedHave you checked if your servers firewall allows outgoing traffic on port 5001? I think mine doesn't allow outgoing connections... (I have to wait for an answer of the server administrator first)
Hope it helps
