How to make a header with more than one row? I want to be able to choose which row(s) to be used as a header when filling content.

I need something exactly like your screenshot! I'm wanting to use this module to build a nutritional data table where the main headers would be the size, but some of my tables have 2 values for each size depending on the ingredient.

I think the setting on my first request is too complicated. I attached a new setting. Can anyone help?

I have the exact same problem. I've tried a solution on http://drupal.org/node/1094568 but can not be applied to 7.x-2.0.
Any ideas?
