I've been playing with Similar by Terms and it looks great, but in my implementation it shows up as a block which I put into the sidebar. On the Lullabot site, it looks like it is actually sitting on the node, which seems much better. (The logical connection between the node and links is more clear this way.)

I'm wrestling now with combining Similar by Terms with the Insert Block module, but so far no go. I'd like to accomplish exactly what you did at Lullabot: have the SbT block appear within the node with text wrapping.
Could you tell me please how you did this?
