#3411951: Module not working with LibreJS browser plugin?: Add data-jslicense="1" attribute required by LibreJS browser extension; use so-called "canonical" license URL as specified by LibreJS browser extension; if source URL is missing, fallback to the script URL
New release for Drupal 9 compatibility. Currently this branch does not allow administrators to set the license or source URLs of JavaScript resources, only to read it from existing metadata in the *.libraries.yml files.
This release adds a permission controlling access to the JavaScript license information page. You must grant this permission to maintain compatibility with the LibreJS browser plugin.
