Go to admin/structure/types/manage/panopoly_page/panelizer/teaser/settings, uncheck, "LInk title to entity", save, view checkbox, see that it is still checked.

I'm confused. This is in the Panelizer queue but it's a needs review patch against panopoly. This doesn't make any sense to me?

I'm closing it since there's a committed patch for the other issue and nobody's mentioned anything since.
