When defining the fields of the content type, the textfield to link the webform to the availability calendar has disappeared, it only appears after clicking the checkbox "Define URL to continue the booking per language". but with a strange label.

Thanks for reporting. I never work with English as single language, that's how this error could remain unnoticed. A bit strange though, that it was not caught earlier by other people...

Anyway, fixed and committed.
