Right now on the collection pages the titles of the products does not link to the product, only the image is linked. Both should be linked.

That's more a feature request than a bug, you could change that on your own installation by updating your view mode settings, we'll probably fix that later

How does one change the view mode settings. I have no option to choose link title for the title field on the product list view?

We need to rely on the dev version of the Title module for that, an issue has been fixed lately (#1062814: Formatters), it could be nice for us if they could tag a new alpha release.
