I'll try to explain but I'm not able to reproduce the problem each time so I'm not sure about all I'll write here.
When I edit a content, if y create 3/4 links with Ckeditor, sometimes after I click on the submit button, le form come back like it was when I come on it at the begging. All change are not saved, nothing are in the logs saying there is a php error, nothing in the watchdog, .... like if I just refresh the page.
The problem appear on a Windows pc using ie8 (no javascript error when i'm using the debbuger and I'm not able to use firefox). For a try, I put the last version of Ckeditor in yout module but I still have the problem.

May be try to reproduce this on other computer?
Do u have more additional modules installed?
Do u try to use last DEV version of CKEditor module?

What kind of additional modules ? I'm using a lot of module in my website (Views, reference, shadowbox, cas, ldpa, media, menu_block, .......).
No I didn't try the DEV version, I'll try asap.

I still have the problem but I can maybe tell you more.
I have it when à copy/paste some text from another website (with tables, links, ...) and when I wanna change the links I have sometimes the error.
I'm still trying to reproduce it every time but I'm not able to do it for now.

This time it's weirder than last time. I've opened my website in two pages (in ie) and I've copy/paste the same text. When I've submitted, one saved and not the other ....
I'm a little confused :(
