Updating documentation - checking if there is a plan, suggestions on where to jump in?

I notice that the documentation on biblio that is found in the community documentation area is outdated in many areas now:

Before jumping in and starting to add and edit pages, I thought I'd double-check if there was any kind of a plan for this area. I'd be happy to work from someone's list of priority pages to update, but assuming that doesn't exits, I'll just add and edit wherever it makes sense. Sound good?
