I think the module has a built in character limit because I have a list of about 6 fields I want to carry over and my list of fields is getting truncated.

Seems to be fixed in this commit. In order to check it:

1. backup you copy rules (i'll add a feature request to export those settings...)
2. disable the module
3. Uninstall the modules tables (from uninstall tab)
4. download latest version
5. Enable module.
