Magazine Style Panel Layouts for Omega theme

I have created a module which when enabled provides 6 magazine style panel layouts for each of the type of grids in omega , i.e 24, 16 and 12.. These layouts are basically like the ones residing inside omega/panels/layouts/omega_24 etc. Now i am confused whether to contribute it as a separate module or to contribute it directly to omega theme project because then the layouts will need to be just copied to respective folders i.e omega/panels/layouts/omega_24 , omega_16 and omega_12.
