Please

the admin bar at the bottom of the page doesn't appear anymore . I'm logged as Administratore ( superuser)
How can I restart this bar??

Have you checked the permissions for Access the administrative overlay. Is you Javascript Activated?

I installed a new module that set in the core menu the toolbar off.

SO I find out it and now it's ok
