Refresh period is not stored and not active

Description
When editing a node, the entered refresh number is not stored with the node. The node is not refreshed either (as a result of this probably).

The refresh value was not stored for existing nodes. The attached patch fixes things.

Fixed in DRUPAL-6--1 branch, not yet created a new release.

Fix is included in the 6.x-1.1 release of refresh.
