Hi, it may be something I'm either doing or not doing but its been a week and no ads. Any thoughts?

Set it up about a week ago and waited but no ads just an empty box with key text (bottom right column)

I have the same problem, it onlys show a box and the source is just like

I cleared the cache table and restart Apache, the adsense is ok now.
