When one creates an event with registration enabled, a tab named "attendees" is created.
Then users are registered to the event but when one clicks on the tab "attendees" there is nothing listed only the title of the page.

Indeed - I'm able to reproduce. Interestingly, the attendees do show up in the sidebar block.

Bumping priority to "major".
