On a fresh checkout of HEAD this morning, navigating to the "Available updates" page at /admin/logs/updates immediately upon completing the installation results in a WSOD, at least on my installation (Apache 2.0.54, FC4). I ran cron manually from the /admin/logs/status page to see if that made a difference and apparently it does not.
Unfortunately, I have a meeting and don't have time to debug this further but will do so later on in the day. Recording it here as a "critical bug" to see if others can reproduce this error (or not) in the interim.

keith.smith commentedClosing this issue since it now seems that there is no problem here.
I just installed a new copy of HEAD with a new database and the /admin/logs/updates page worked fine right off the bat. And, actually, the old test copy I had too worked as well once I disabled and then re-enabled the Update module. I assume this was either (a) user error on my part, or (b) a cache that needed clearing or menu that needed rebuilding for some reason on an old copy of HEAD. Or both (a) and (b).
