Hello,

It would be easier to send an email if directly from the view page you could create the email (it would mean to write a new newsletter issue and asign it to the corresponding newsletter category, I think).

In terms of easiness of use it would be great if the module didn't require the creation of newsletters, but that would need a new redesign...

That's exactly how the original views_mail module worked. And, you're right: To change it back would require a major re-design. I've seen the request a couple times. I'll put it on the back burner for now.

Any update on this? I like the idea of views_mail, but I don't want to use it for a newsletter. I want to use it more for a contact form with customized fields.
