1. Let's rename this file to changerecords.feature
2. The file needs tag @changerecords
3. Scenario: Search records
I think this scenario is not needed since search and filtering is pretty much covered in changerecords_list.feature
4. Scenario: Add new change record
After saving the records scenario needs to check that content of all the fields is saved and displayed on the page. And that this new change record shows up in the list on /list-changes.
