While Edge Fonts has no API and the font list is hard-coded, it needs updating when new fonts are added.

This issue will try to track these updates.

This commit:

  • Irish Growler has been removed from the list - for the simple reason it was actually a duplicate of Irish Grover :) (if you're using the font under the former name, it still works, at least for now);
  • Source Code Pro has a new variant 'Medium';
  • some license URLs have changed.
