The CSS coding standards document at http://drupal.org/node/302199 is missing some more recently adopted standards, particularly the file naming and organization standards.
Update http://drupal.org/node/302199 with specific recommendations from the HTML5 initiative cleanups. (See the issue summary of #1217010: Clean up the CSS for Menu module for more information.)

xjmSince standards documentation is restricted to the documentation team (sensibly enough, I suppose), I made a draft version here:

I can copy the updated documentation over once we ensure it's correct.
