I am little bit interested about Drupal because of interesting feature and it's customization. I heard that Drupal helps a lot to improve website customization like user management, menu systems, and user contributed content. So is that some kind of Content Management System (CMS)? Can i use Drupal for my client site - http://www.coursesonline.com.au/ and so if this some kind of CMS program then what's the different in Drupal and CMS.
Do you have clear reason how should i use Drupal program?

First: This is the wrong forum for this type of question. This is the Post installation forum where you can ask for help if you already have your Drupal site up and running. There is also a forum named Before you start where people considering Drupal as a platform for their site can ask specific questions. You may also want to read this message first.
Second: Yes, Drupal is a Content Management System or CMS (and I will argue that is also a tool for building your own customized CMS). Other popular CMSs are Joomla! and Wordpress. Drupal has a steeper learning curve than the other two, but IMHO its power and flexibility is well worth the extra effort. Getting started is quicker with Joomla! and WordPress, but customization beyond theming is more difficult with these systems. I also think Drupal is a more secure platform than its main rivals.
Third: The answer to the question "can I use Drupal for my client site" is: "Yes, you can use Drupal for any web site".
What you probably want to know is how hard it will be to use Drupal for your client site. Unfortunately, to answer that question, one would have to do a full content inventory and information architecture analysis of your client site. The chances that anyone helping out on these forums will do that huge job for free is not very high.
