Update class="caret" wrapper in Bootstrap

As pointed out by cweagans in #1838986: Dont do drugs and don't do any levels deeper then 1 in comments - but seriously it's a bug! we need to update references to:

<b class="caret"></b>

I notice that Bootstrap documentation now use:

<span class="caret"></span>
