Is it possible to get a modal windows directly by accessing a URL like this http://WEBSITE/SUBFOLDER/modal_forms/nojs/login?destination=home from the browser URL bar?

I guess this is module is not taking into consideration that case.

The ctools modal api doesn't handle that use case as far as I can see.
