Rather than automatically enabling non-essential features, there should be a settings page to let the site developer decide which items to enable.

The installer now includes a spot where optional features can be enabled upon install. I think marking this fixed will suffice for now, and if there is a need to make another page (other than the features main page, which is cleaned up a bit now), someone can open a new ticket.
