The user/[uid]/edit form is pretty long and messy right now. We can use http://drupal.org/project/edit_profile to move some of the fields to a profile tab, but we'll need to tweak the behavior there: The OG Groups fields shouldn't be visible, and the ideally the user picture field would be part of the profile.
