You can create queries. . . but you can't delete them. If you're looking at a list of queries,
/admin/config/people/ldap/query/list

and you hit the delete link, which is supposed to go to
/admin/config/people/ldap/query/delete/test2_ldap_query

nothing happens. You're still on the list page.
