I use this module to create the menu (food menu for restaurants), so each table is for one part of the menu (soups, salads, pizza...).
I find this module perfect, except when I use unlimited number of values, its too slow to edit the page (sometimes browser crashes).

Is it because of bigger amount of data? I don't think it's too much - its like 6-10 tables per node.

I think the fix in #2193163: Multiple Field hook_field_load Issue may help address this issue. Please try the new 7.x-2.5 version and let us know if there are still performance issues with having 6-10 tables on a single node.
