peoblems because of browsers (ie - fire fox)

hi guys
i have a problem with style.
i use MyDrupal-Tidy-5.x-1.0
i use drupal 5.2
my lauguage is arabic, so the style should be from right to left.
i provide this post with two images explain what i mean.

there some differences between my style on IE and firefox

the difference between fire and IE are:
1- side bar background is image doesn't appear at IE.
2- above the header there is blank space in IE.
3- topic title in IE appear close to the left, while am doing them to right.
4- in both fire and IE i didn't know how show the user acts close to right(i mean in the side bar, i did the menu and blocks but this i couldn't)
5- the final thing is in IE blocks name appear close to left not to right.
