I would like to get more information about a solution for remote file storage.
I want to save the file of file field in remote server so that the node will be in the Drupal server but the file in the remote server.
The motivation to do that is to offer the clients to save their file in their servers, so they wouldn't worry about security issues.
Also I would like to have more than one remote server the server will be chosen base by the user id (or OG id, don’t know yet).
Anyone know module that might do that (or only part of it)?
If not, what will be the best approach to do that?
