Image Captcha not Showing on some registration forms

Issue Summary

I have a site that has four registration forms and they all used to have captcha on them, recently the only form that gets a image captcha is the original drupal user form. When I change the settings it only changes on the built in form not the others. The other forms were created using the content profile module. I cannot figure out what is going on. Help please.
