How to change term tid to term name in the views expose filter in the url???

Hello Friends,
I have taxonomy the term name is like
qazwsx
edcrfv
tgbyhn
to "create page with exposed filter taxonomy term, I get term id in the url, but i need to change the term id to term name.Please help me.

Example: in the url http://www.example.com/branchlocatoraddress?field_state_tid=201
to
http://www.example.com/branchlocatoraddress?field_state_tid=edcrfv
?field_state_tid=201

?field_state_tid=edcrfv

Please help me/
