My description tags are changing fine, the title tag is not changing.

I have contexts, token, and all other requirements installed. I attempted disabling the "defaults" under metatag configuration.

I have tried flushing all caches.

This is for both logged in and non-logged in users.

SOLVED

If you also have the "page title" module installed - they will conflict and cause the page title to remain as default. The Page Title module must be disabled before the page title editing function of "Meta Tags" module can work.
