I see a "Powered by iFlyChat.com" in the chat screen.
I am using - Normal AJAX - as pooling method.

How to hide/disable this message? -- Powered by iFlyChat.com

It shouldn't come up when you use Normal AJAX polling method.

This may happen if you were earlier using iFlyChat and then changed your polling method at a later stage.

Please clear your browser cache once.

I have the same issue - but I never used anything but the iFlyChat polling method. I started with the free version, and then upgraded to the 'Basic' version that has 'white label' branding. I sill get the 'powered by iflychat.com' message in the chat window. I've reset the browser, and I've cleared the drupal cache too.
